As part of our long engagement with AONBs, Simon has been undertaking research to develop baseline indicators which will be used in the forthcoming ‘State of the AONB’ publication for Cannock Chase. These indicators will link to the existing management plan, and have been developed in accordance with the Natural England guidelines. The next stop will be to develop a monitoring programme to collect the required data.
